This massive 2 disc set is a collection of BGM and other songs from from the 1968 / 1971 runs of GeGeGe no Kitaro. Almost 2 hours worth of music here! It's similar to the Akko-chan / Sally CDs I got some months ago, but this edges them both out due to the better mastering. No Loudness War victims to be found.
On another note. Unlike most series' I find a fascination with, you can actually watch a decent chunk of Kitaro '68 episodes thanks to group TSHS doing subtitles for them. So after you grab this, give their torrents a look too. It's a decently fun watch despite it's age.
