That's right. It's a collection of BGM and assorted songs from the 1969 anime adaptation of Himitsu no Akko-chan, and a quite large collection at that. Us English speakers may not be able to really watch the anime, but we can enjoy the music, at least it's something to give the original magical girl her fair dues.
