NOTICE: I have stopped seeding this. Going to work on the collection. As such there will be changes between this and the next version to be released. It will probably not be compatible.
I have gathered a lot of anime music themes and songs over the time I've been into anime (which speaking of that... I think it has been around 5-7 years?) On Nyaa, I haven't seen anyone try to categorize and sort albums, so here we are. I'm uploading my collection along with a index. I have seen stuff like "Ohh a lot of touhou music!" "All J-Core!".... but no collection specific to anime that are big.
I suppose it happened naturally. The reason why "Retracked" is there is because I found a need to resort my music folder (It was getting cluttered you see). This collection is currently like around 2/3 of my music collection anime.
TBH it's too many to list. But the names off the top of my head are:
I know there are issues. There is a reason this is not even version 1! Songs that supposed to romaji'd are not done yet for example, some albums are missing covers that I need add... Some are just not labelled properly... etc.
Give me time or... you can.. breaths... Do It Yourself. That will tickle someone's funny bone somewhere
Listed issues that I know of:
Mirai Night
for seitokai yakuindomo has been edited (audio wise). I've been meaning to fix this for a while but I keep forgetting. This is not a forum to impose your ideas on ideas. Go take a shower.
Folder structure is flat by design and split up by anime seasons. If an album does not fit a specific season, it get sorted into the last season.
For categorization of albums, see the Index.md
or read on. They are optimized for foobar2000 search.
[Character Song] -> Character Song

[OPUS]
or [LOSSY]
Lists that the folder is saved as opus / lossy audio and needs a higher quality eventually.
[FAKE]
Indicates that the folder is determined to be sampled from a lossy sourced and then converted to FLAC. This is for internal tracking and there is no instances for this yet. At least for JP stuff.
[MemRes]
"Meme Hi-Res" aka, fake Hi-res. Or well irresponsibly upscaled from a true source sample such as 48kHz. Label to indicate this track has been resampled back to a lower sample rate. Though
Generally they follow the order of usage:
ファンシー・フリー・デストロイヤー
becomes Fancy Free Destroyer
(I haven't renamed it lol)My modern format follows one of the formats:
shami momo (Yuko Yoshida (CV: Konomi Kohara), Momo Chiyoda(CV: Akari Kito))
)Shion Sumeragi (CV: Suzuko Mimori)
)Inori Minase
)This modern format may not be reflected for all tracks, but they generally follow the same format.
Restricted content is defined as the following from the Index.md
:
> Sourced from a non-open source, that is, a source that does not allow for free redistribution. > > - Typically happens for TSDM sources. > - Overtime this will be replaced with personal rips and sources that can be shared.
As far as I'm aware of, I have removed and replaced all restricted content with content that is distributable. Going as far as buying some CDs (Which is only I think 2?) and replacing them with my own copies. Or getting the sources in another fashion.
I typically don't take these nowadays. Maybe if the anime is in my radar, I'll take a look at it... But likely your suggestion is going get ignored.
Sure, feel free to fork and use this as a base to format your releases.
I typically listen music with the following settings.
